技能実習生　帰国送別会

ロドマル（Rodmar Arcellas）さんが、フィリピンに帰国することになりました。春興業で仕事を始めて約３年４か月が過ぎ、コロナの影響で外出もままならない中で、仲間たちとの仲も良く、鉄筋施工の仕事に努力していました。
実習生達は、皆、本当によく頑張ってくれます！　これで終わりにせず、今後も繋がっていられるような仕組みを作っていきたいと思います。
国の家族とも会えない時間が長かったため、残念ですが、帰国となりました。これからも元気で楽しく励んで欲しいと願っています。

Rodmar Arcellas will be returning to the Philippines. It's been about 3 years and 4 months since I started working at Harukogyo Co., Ltd. We couldn't go out because of the new Corona, but he was on good terms with his colleagues and worked hard as a reinforcing-bar placer.
All the technical trainees do their best really well! However, I would like to create a system that can be connected in the future.
Unfortunately, he returned home because he couldn't meet his Filipino family for a long time. I hope he will continue to work hard and have fun.
